Fabrice Gillotte is prize-winner 2009

The Grand Jury for the 2009 Chocolate Awards, composed of members of the Croqueurs de Chocolat Club, recently discerned 9 awards for the top 100 chocolate makers in France of 2009. The best of France’s chocolate makers are rewarded for their excellence. The selection is the result of an annual competition wherein a blind tasting is made of one dark ganache, one milk ganache, one praline, one specialty and one new creation produced by each artisan chocolate maker entered in the contest. The award-winners were announced on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at the renowned Salon du Chocolat of Paris.

Like 2008, Fabrice Gillotte ranks once again among the top nine chocolate makers of France, having received the highest grade of 5 bars !
